The Ministry Team prayerfully plans and oversees the various ministries of Saloma Baptist Church and is responsible for the oversight of the worship and spiritual life of the church. The team leads the church body in missions and evangelism emphasis and in moving into the community as a Great Commission church.

The Administrative team coordinates information from various ministries of the church and makes recommendations to the church body.

The Stewardship and Finance Team encourages Christian stewardship among the members of the church, develops and oversees the financial operations of the church including the annual budget, assesses stewardship and financial needs of church ministries, and distributes benevolence funds as appropriate to those in financial and material need.

The Outreach and Visitation Team seeks to reach out to the local community in the name of Jesus Christ, visits those who are shut-in and sick, invites the lost and unchurched to the body of Christ, welcomes those who are visitors to the church, makes information available about the church and leads the members of the church in sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with the lost and unchurched.

The Christian Education Team is to provide multiple Christian Education opportunities for the members and visitors of the church, including Sunday Morning Bible Study, discipleship training opportunities, Vacation Bible School, children/youth/college fellowship groups, missions education, training for new Christians and members, and other means of study and preparation. The team seeks to equip believers and to reach the lost with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

The Fellowship Team works to encourage the unity and growth of the body of believers of Saloma Baptist Church. All that is done is to foster a sense of family and to minister to the greater community about us. The team coordinates special fellowship ministries, meal preparation and planning, and community-based ministries.

The Facilities Team oversees the maintenance and upkeep of the church properties and facilities, including preventive maintenance on buildings, grounds, and the legal duties of the Trustees of the church.
